do it well.

Whatever you do

Launching 2019

Do It Well was born from a need for a friendly avenue for newer photographers to learn more about running a legitimate business and handling weddings before jumping in and shooting their first one on their own.

Oftentimes, photographers stumble around their push into shooting weddings. They second shoot to gain actual face to face wedding experience, which is fantastic, but there are so many other aspects to the #weddingphotographerlife that you only get if you ask the right questions. And what if you don't even know the right questions to ask?

If you've ever wanted to sit down with a successful wedding photographer and pick their brain, ask what their most valuable advice is, what gear they use, how they interact with clients...this educational series is for you! My dream is that I could help a new generation of photographers find their way down a career path that can be very muddy and difficult to navigate.

Included in this series will be:
     - Customer Service: Automated systems I use, standard industry practices.
     - Technical: What gear I think is valuable for weddings, and what is not.
     - Etiquette: Interacting and presenting yourself as a professional at weddings.
     - Timeline: Typical flow of a wedding day, creating a good, realistic timeline.
     - Creative: Posing & prompts with a model, finding or creating lighting, style consistency.
     - Business: (Guest Speaker) Some of the things you should do to become a legit business!
     - Marketing: My recommendations for your website, portfolio, social media.
     - Q&A: Ask me anything!

Participants will also gain access to a private Facebook group for community & continuing education.
